Every Cassa Wealth Management client is taken through a thorough 4 step process to identify their goals and objectives, develop a comprehensive financial plan, implement the plan and monitor our performance vs their goals. The diagram below highlights each of the steps in the process.

CWM Planning Process

Determine Goals, Objectives & Risk Tolerance

• Understand your family's vision & aspirations and reason for seeking assistance

• Help determine your goals & objectives

• Prioritize goals, assess risk tolerance & determine time horizons

• Understand prospective client's expectations for the advisor

• Gather & review your financial information (Assets/Liabilities & Income/Expenses)

• Discuss advisor's ongoing role and responsibility to provide leadership and direction

Develop the Plan & Investment Recommendations

• Review current investments, tax returns and income & expenses

• Analyze facts & build advisor recommendations into plan

• Compare current scenarios vs. advisor recommendations

• Finalize Plan and Wealth Management recommendations

• Develop Client Presentation including Financial Plan, formal restructuring of Investments & Executive Summary

Financial Review Meeting & Implementation

• Review Financial Planning projections with prospective client

• Discuss how, if necessary, to restructure existing investments

• Familiarize client with investment product features & benefits and why they are appropriate

• Discuss all costs & fees

• Set reasonable expectations for long-term performance

• Gain commitment from client & implement planning recommendations


Monitor Your Progress & Make Adjustments

• Maintain regular contact and communications with client

• Keep clients abreast of progress vs Plan

• Educate client on current market conditions

• Annual Review Meetings with client to monitor performance vs the Financial Plan

• Recommend necessary adjustments to stay on track

Award based on 10 objective criteria associated with providing quality services to clients such as credentials, experience, and assets under management among other factors. Wealth managers do not pay a fee to be considered or placed on the final list of 2012/2013/2014/2015/2016/2017/2018/2019/2020 Five Star Wealth Managers.
